The food at all Bafang Dumpling outlets are OK. It's fast food, meaning it's tasty, but not fantastic. A good place to go if you want a quick meal. That said, this shop at FitFort is a place to avoid. Staff are rude and will not accommodate you in anyway. The waitress that took our order was playing with her phone. When we called for her attention, she was irritated because we had interrupted her game. Then she made the "tsk tsk" sound when we wanted to amend something on the order. Then the food came. I requested for a little 紅油抽手 spicy sauce to dip the dumplings with another waitress. Her response was, "What? No such thing!". To which I replied, "You colleagues gave me that sauce the last time I came". And she then exclaimed, "No, you have to pay for it". Seriously? I'm never eating here again.
