FOOD PARADISE -MUST HAVE- I’m a bagel fanatic and the island certainly provides some of the best delis and bagel, however, this small coffee shop and homemade bagel shop is DELICIOUS. First off, the vibe. Tucked away on a small side street in To Kwa Wan it’s got limited seating inside and some seating outside. Chill music plays and a chalkboard displays various dishes and their ingredients and photos. Very local aesthetic with jazz playing and a strong coffee shop feel. The service is impeccable and the staff speak Canto and English (not to mention the menu features both languages). They offer recommendations on a dime as well as their favourites. The food: phenomenal. We ordered the Braised Beef Bagel Sandwich for 76hkd; a surprising choice of ingredients but obviously has a local fusion twinge to it. The meat was tender, veg fresh and juicy, and the bagels toasted to perfection. However, the belle of this metaphorical ball was the Beef Tongue Bagel Sandwich (79hkd). Truly a unique listing unlike anything I’ve ever tried in Hong Kong. The tongue was cooked well and melted in the mouth and when combined with their homemade Garlic Sourdough Bagel as well as gherkin pickles, red onion, cream cheese and beef sauce it was truly a masterpiece. Finally we had fresh orange juice, served in a glass and blended right there in the shop. It was sweet, tangy and pulpy. Better yet, for a price of 30hkd I felt it was a strong bang for your buck. Bottom line;- this is a must hit. Next time, I’ll be trying their coffee menu. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Offer avocado salad, veg salad (and a specialty “bean salad” as well), oil-free bagels

Ever since I moved here from New York two years ago, I've been on a quest for a great bagel sandwich, and I finally found it at Bagel Gogo! I ordered the Godfather, and it was absolutely delicious. Packed full of flavorful meats and fresh veggies, every bite was a delight. The bagel itself exceeded all my expectations—perfectly chewy and fresh. I was so excited to dig in that I completely forgot to take a picture because it looked so good! Plus, the place is dog-friendly, which was a lovely bonus—I got to pet a cute pup while enjoying my meal. If you're looking for an authentic bagel experience, this is the place to go!
