Somehow pick up order changed to hot coffee. Asked extra ice and they said can’t and Asked i can buy ice with extra charge and they said can’t. All right. i bought extra ice coffee. They said yes!!! Thank you for your hospitality. No wonder amen. I love their bagle and regular. Now no anymore. Please change your attitude. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Sorry it was not just a pick up order. It was indeed a Keeta pick up order. We made the order according to the keeta order which was absolutely correct and right. Please respect that ordering platform has its own rules and we pay a lot for that. And you mentioned to us you’d made a mistake at Keeta and the mistake should not have been absorbed by us. We highly respect everyone who respects us too.

Ever since I moved here from New York two years ago, I've been on a quest for a great bagel sandwich, and I finally found it at Bagel Gogo! I ordered the Godfather, and it was absolutely delicious. Packed full of flavorful meats and fresh veggies, every bite was a delight. The bagel itself exceeded all my expectations—perfectly chewy and fresh. I was so excited to dig in that I completely forgot to take a picture because it looked so good! Plus, the place is dog-friendly, which was a lovely bonus—I got to pet a cute pup while enjoying my meal. If you're looking for an authentic bagel experience, this is the place to go! Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$100–150
