めちゃめちゃ美味しい豆花を食べることができました！最高！！おすすめ！ 待ち時間はありますが、観光地なのでお客さんの回転はいい印象です！ 豆腐なので、ある程度お腹いっぱいでもサクッと食べれますので、お近くに寄った際はぜひ！ 1人1つ豆花注文制でした！

お店の説明にあるように、良質の水、大豆で作られた豆花はほんのり甘く、今回の台北訪問で食べた中で1番美味しかったです。テーブルに黒糖シロップが置いてあり、自分で追加できるのが良かったです。

Bai-Shui Tofu Pudding is conveniently located on Yong Kang Street and offers a more elevated and modern take on the popular soft tofu pudding dessert that is perfect for summers. The menu consists of two dine-in options of their silky smooth tofu pudding dessert with candied peanuts: one with tapioca and another with grass jelly. Both are excellent and the clean, modern decor and emphasis on tofu pudding sourced from the Yilan River explains the slightly higher price point and need for a minimum order of one per person. It ended up being our favorite douha of the trip Tofu Pudding with Peanuts and Tapioca NT$85 / Tofu Pudding with Peanuts and Grass Jelly NT$85 Dining is indoor only, no reservations, and cash only
