I was told by the staff that I couldn’t order anything from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. They asked me to go to the pool bar instead, but when I got there, I was told I also couldn’t order food. Later, I found out that this information was completely wrong — I actually could order. The communication between staff members is very poor, and it’s frustrating for guests to be given conflicting instructions. I understand that the hotel needs to have rules, but at the same time, staff should make some effort to assist customers instead of just saying “no.” A little care and consistency would make a big difference. This is not complains. Just my observation and it’s worth for the price we pay. It’s like 3-4 stars. Not 5 stars Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
