The shio pan was super delicious — served hot and fresh from the oven. We were told the signature version with whipped cream required a 1-hour wait, so we decided to try the original instead. It was still very nice.

hmmm shiopan was too oily i feel, puddle of oil in the middle bread texture is the denser rather than pillowy type
