So, I ordered a custom birthday cake for my boyfriend from Bake Time Story. From the beginning to the end, their service was extraordinary. I requested the owner to help me design Punchy monkey cake. Even though the process is a bit tricky and challenging, they made sure that the cake is to be pretty and cute till the end. It's not just the design, the cake was super delicious with very soft and full of jam inside. My boyfriend loved it so much. Even though the delivery messed up with the cake, I requested to help the cake fix again when I delivered back to the shop, the owners took a great patience and time to make sure that the cake was as good as new. They even offered me to refund the delivery fee back and half way ride back near my home due to heavy rain and I couldn't get a taxi back. Even though I am a foreign customer with not very good at Thai speaking, they made sure that their communication and service perfect to the next level. I really do recommend this shop because I can see their passion and care through their delicious bakery and I hope their business gets more success in the future.
