The egg tart here is nothing short of extraordinary, no questions asked. It is executed to absolute perfection, making it an instant standout. I will absolutely be returning for a sit-down visit, and it has officially become a rule that I must buy at least one whenever I find myself anywhere near the area. A definitive must-try. 這裡的蛋塔簡直驚為天人，完全無可挑剔。水準之高，絕對值得無條件回訪；現在只要我有去到那附近，就一定會順手買個幾顆回家。這是一家完全不需要猶豫、走過路過都必須朝聖的實力神級甜點。 ここのエッグタルトは文句なしに格別で、圧倒的なクオリティです。間違いなくリピートしますし、今後このエリアの近くを通ることがあれば、何が何でも必ず立ち寄って買って帰ると心に決めました。誰にでも自信を持ってお勧めできる、至高の逸品です。. Bakehouse is absolutely worth the hype. I can see why people are willing to line up for it. The famous egg tart has an incredibly flaky, buttery crust with a smooth, creamy custard filling that's rich without being overly sweet. It was easily one of the best egg tarts I've ever had. I also tried a few of their pastries, and they were just as impressive. Everything tasted fresh, with excellent texture and high quality ingredients. The bakery has a great selection, so it's hard to leave with just one item. If you're visiting Hong Kong, Bakehouse is definitely worth adding to your list. Try to go early or be prepared to wait in line, but the pastries are well worth it. I'd happily come back every time I'm in Hong Kong.
