I don’t really trust online reviews of viral foods until I try them myself, so I came with no expectations but Bakehouse is famous for a reason! It was so hard to choose because the whole bakery is filled with all kinds of pastries. The sourdough egg tart is the absolute best. I don’t usually like egg tart crust, but this one is the perfect kind of flaky and buttery. The custard is creamy without being overwhelmingly sweet. It’s definitely the most delicious egg tart I’ve ever had in my life. When I went, there was no line at all. It’s also located in Central, Hong Kong, so it’s the perfect place to stop by while strolling around the area. Sadly, I went here on my last day in Hong Kong, and I was rushing to catch my flight, so I didn’t get to go back a second time and get myself some more egg tarts ‍ Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
