I bought a doughnut with my daughter at 5.45pm today. There was no queue in the cashier, i asked the staff to cut for me as it’s too big for her and behind her there are many knifes, she just straightaway answer no cut. I asked one more time, shut me off and said no cut. A lady with a blue mask. There was one uncle also come after me, complaint about her service. Please train your staff to serve customers properly. Just asking a small favor, there is no greetings, no thank you too. Her attitude is sucks, please do not put her in the cashier anymore. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Besides good location the bread is soggy with little filling selling at high price for neighbourhood bakery n sometimes the waffle is burnt n the staff lacks proper customer service rude n grouchy won't patronize anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

BakeInc at Toa Payoh Central ( HDB Hub) is our go-to bakery when my hubby and I needs to grab some sandwiches, pastries or snacks. The bakery is conveniently located at Toa Payoh HDB Atrium ( just 1 min walk from Toa Payoh Bus Interchange). They also sell cream cakes + traditional pastries like Tau Sar Piah. They also have a fruit juice takeaway corner. We always get our 西瓜 Watermelon juice here. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10
