On 17 April 2026 at around 2.17pm, I went to buy a waffle. The staff member serving me was very rude. When I asked if I could have a plastic bag, she just pointed at the bags without saying anything. After that, I commented that her customer service was “so good.” She then pointed out that the plastic bag would cost 10 cents. How do you expect customers to carry a hot waffle without a bag? Does paying 10 cents for a bag suddenly make the service better? Please provide your staff with proper customer service training. ---. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Take out
