staff was rude when she missed out my order after I waited for 15mins and did not see her prepare my 3 waffles. She then told me that one of the waffle flavour is oos and told me to order another but the option is available on the website, I told her to make the another two waffles first and repeated my order just in case she don’t know or forget my order but she gave me a VERY RUDE face and attitude instead of saying okay. You missed out my order after a long wait and prepared for other ppl and yet u want to be rude? Food: 4 Service: 1

What is the point of the QR code ordering when they don't prepare the order when they received the order. I ordered 2 waffles at 12.20pm and arrived at 12.45 to pick up. To my surprise they have not even prepared my waffles and only started to cook the waffle when I showed them my order. The two staff were not even busy as they were just chit chatting. Please do better. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have always enjoyed the waffles by Bakery Cuisine, especially at Lazada1 and Kallang Wave Mall. Today, I was at the Marine Parade branch. Bought 2 plain, 1 kaya butter and 1 oreo flavours. They tasted fine but just very different from the other 2 outlets. I realised the machine used are different. The ones at Marine Parade bake thinner waffles while the other 2 branches delivered fluffy and thicker ones. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
