The reviews aren't great, but the 3–4 PM queue is absolutely wild—we waited for over 20 orders just to get our waffle! Drop the QR code here so you can pre-order and skip the crazy line. Ordered blueberry cream cheese waffle from the Raffles Place outlet but they only put blueberry jam inside without cream cheese. Super disappointed and pissed, cheated my money. Waiting time very long also, and the number order system also don't make sense , the screens show number 250 onwards but my number is 40 which I thought they missed my order so had to check with them, and I guess they rushed the order and didnt give my correct order. They have 2 methods of ordering which is either the kiosk or the qr code linking to the website/app that's why there is no systematic way of ordering and order number all messed up. The bread quality has been deteriorating rapidly, my recent purchases were stale, dry and the sausage and floss on the bread were pathetic. Despite the rapid expansion of bakery cuisine, let’s remember to support local Singapore businesses and your neighbourhood mom and pop bakeries that often have much better quality breads to help them stay in business :).
