情報の誤りを報告する
First, the flat white. Do you even know what’s flat white, latte, cappuccino or long black? Perhaps the baristas need to undergo basic training. Temperature. Taste. Texture. Atrocious.
Second, the cakes - they used to be your strengths. The rainbow and strawberry cream cakes are some of the worst I have tried in recent memory. The cakes are just sooooo dry and flaky. The thick layer of cream simply makes the cakes appear like a failed high-school project. Where are the fresh fruits?
You got to buck up. The recently fate of Lao Ban, Sakae and Baskin Robbins should spring to mind.
