飛騨牛を食べるなら“ここ一択”と言いたくなるほど感動しました。 「飛騨牛一頭家 馬喰一代 岐阜神田」さん、噂以上のクオリティです。 まず提供された盛り合わせが圧巻。 部位ごとにタグが添えられ、見ているだけで幸せになる霜降りの美しさ。 一枚一枚が厚みたっぷりなのに口に入れた瞬間にスッとほどけていく上品な脂の甘さ… 焼きすぎ厳禁、片面だけ軽く炙った瞬間が最高の状態でした。 そして最後にいただいた肉寿司が衝撃。 炙り・大トロ・いくら・うにの豪華ラインナップで、“贅沢の概念”が一気に更新されました。 肉の旨味＋海鮮の旨味の相乗効果で、箸が止まらないどころか一口ごとに笑ってしまうレベル。 接客も丁寧で、お肉の焼き方や食べ頃のタイミングも説明してくださり、終始気持ちよく食事ができました。 記念日や接待にも、自分へのご褒美にも絶対におすすめです。 岐阜の名店として胸を張って紹介できるお店。 また必ず伺います。ありがとうございました！ If you want to experience the best of Hida beef, this is the place — no doubt about it. Hida Beef Bakuro Ichidai Gifu Kanda completely exceeded my expectations. The assorted platter was breathtaking from the moment it arrived. Each cut was beautifully marbled and labeled, and every piece had a rich flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Despite the thickness of the slices, the fat melts elegantly the second it touches your tongue. The best moment is right after lightly searing just one side — perfection. And the highlight of the night was the wagyu sushi. A luxurious selection of seared wagyu, otoro-style beef, ikura, and uni — a combination so indulgent it literally made me smile with every bite. The harmony of beef and seafood umami was unreal. The service was outstanding as well. The staff explained the best way to grill and enjoy each cut, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Perfect for special occasions, business dinners, or simply treating yourself. This is a restaurant I can proudly recommend to anyone visiting Gifu.
