Located just outside the bustling Daejeon Skyroad, this restaurant is miles ahead others in terms of authencity. It is a family business owned by two Koreans of Indonesian descent (at least they speak Korean with each other). The interior will remind you of restaurants in Southeast Asia: no frills, music is often off, random stuff here and there, etc. Once you're fine with that, the food will definitely be worth the visit! I ordered a Nasi Goreng with Rendang (loosely speaking, Indonesian fried rice with beef in coconut curry sauce), and by Korean standards it was not only exotic and refreshing, but also really well cooked. The rice and the curry did taste Indonesian, and the product quality. Expect rather moderate portions and a price per dish somewhere between ₩12-18K (the menu had no prices written for my visit). Although being the only visitor in such a place is fairly awkward, I would come here again. Perfect!!! I’m Vietnamese and this is my first time trying Indonesian food. The fried rice with grilled ribs was absolutely delicious!!! The owner is also incredibly kind. I’ll definitely come back again!!! Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
