Villa Zolitude was such an incredible stay. It was so peaceful and serene, with breathtaking views, spotless villas, and exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options, and the tuk-tuk service was always quick whenever we needed to get to the lobby. I couldn’t recommend this place more, it was a really nice stay, and I will come back. Service: 5

Oh man where do i start. This is one of the most beautiful villas i’ve stayed at in the world and i’ve stayed in some 10-bedroom villas in Bali in my time. Above the villa itself being in an immaculate condition and beautifully designed, the staff are wonderful. I’m talking intuitive, attentive and so amazingly friendly. Here’s an example: I ordered a parcel to be delivered on Grab and they delivered it to the reception. Forgot to put the villa number but they figured out it was for me. So when i got back to the carpark, the buggy automatically took me to the reception where a receptionist had already come out to the driveway and was waiting with my parcel outstretched. Without saying a word. The driver then proceeds to take us back to our villa. 5-stars is an understatement for this spot. Service: 5
