I will give Baan Nan Hotel 5 stars for hotels in its class. It is located roughly 1 KM/less than a Mile from Phium Temple and National Nan Museum. It is not far from Nan river with markets and stores nearby. But it is on a side street and very quite. My room was modern, very clean with very comfortable bed, small fridge and TV. Bathroom of adequate size and nice. I had garden view with small balcony with table and chairs. There is free wifi at ok speed of 2-4 MBS. Breakfast is free with good buffet. Staff very friendly. Service good. I did not drive but parking is ample and free. I would return if visiting Nan again.
