This resort is in very poor and outdated condition and does not meet even basic expectations. The entire property feels like it has not been renovated in decades. Everything looks worn down and neglected, as if it belongs to another century. The pool table is completely broken, the toilets are dirty, and overall cleanliness and maintenance are clearly not a priority. We are a family with three children, and after inspecting the resort in person, we decided there was no way we could stay here. This is certainly not a place where one would choose to spend their well-earned vacation time. The location could not be worse — it is far away from anything enjoyable, activities, or family-friendly attractions. The beach is also not good, especially for families. What made the experience even more disappointing was the handling of the situation. There was no prior communication at all to inform us about the actual condition of the resort, which would have allowed us to cancel within the free cancellation period. Despite the resort clearly not meeting reasonable standards, there was zero willingness to agree on a fair cancellation fee. The staff does not speak English, and the owner simply blocks all messages on Agoda instead of communicating. I would never book this place again and strongly advise others to think twice before doing so. Service: 1

Unfortunately, this resort is in very poor and outdated condition and did not meet our expectations at all. The entire property feels old, worn out, and poorly maintained, as if it has not been renovated for a very long time. The pool table is unusable, the toilets are dirty, and overall cleanliness and upkeep are clearly lacking. We are a family with three children, and after visiting the resort and inspecting it in person, we decided not to stay. It is simply not a place where we felt comfortable spending our vacation time. The location is very remote, far away from restaurants, activities, or anything enjoyable. The nearby beach is also not suitable, especially for families. What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of communication and responsibility. We drove to the resort in person in an attempt to find a fair and reasonable solution, but the staff only referred us to Agoda, while Agoda referred us back to the resort. There was no willingness to take ownership of the situation. Despite our willingness to compromise — including an offer to pay a 30–50% cancellation fee — there was zero flexibility or goodwill shown. The staff does not speak English, and attempts to communicate through Agoda were unsuccessful, as the owner stopped responding to messages. We would not return to this resort and cannot recommend it to others.
