7:45在某外賣平台上下了訂單。但是一直app上都沒有訂單流程的更新，由於當時外賣員距離餐廳遠，所以我沒有第一時間打電話去詢問餐廳。直到8:30，外賣員到達餐廳，餐廳方才打電話來讓我取消訂單，過程沒有一句道歉金額。電話中餐廳表示他們都賣完了。我的疑問是既然你們沒有菜品了，為何不在我下訂單，也就是7:45的時候打電話過來告知我，反而要等到外賣員到達餐廳才打電話來讓我取消訂單？最後還想推卸責任讓顧客自行取消訂單。 I placed an order on a food delivery platform at 7:45 AM. However, there were no updates on the order process on the app. Since the delivery driver was far from the restaurant, I didn't call to inquire immediately. It wasn't until 8:30 AM, when the delivery driver arrived, that the restaurant called to ask me to cancel the order, without offering any apology. During the call, the restaurant claimed they were sold out. My question is, if they were out of food, why didn't they call me when I placed the order at 7:45 AM, instead of waiting until the delivery driver arrived?
