We used to love this place. It had real Thai vibes, Thai food, THAI MUSIC, and friendly local people. Unfortunately, in recent time it has changed a lot. Now it’s mostly English music, there are many foreigners, and it doesn’t feel Thai anymore. The place has lost that special Thai charm and magic. Bang Yai Bar in Phuket has a wonderfully relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The food is tasty, affordable, and generously portioned. Best of all, they have amazing live acoustic music that makes the vibe both chill and inviting. A fantastic spot to enjoy great food and unwind – I’ll definitely be back!
