Spotless hostel with great staff, but needs minor improvements in the rooms SERVICE: Very good. Everyone is polite, always smiling, and helpful. LOCATION: Well-located, close to the adult nightlife options. VENUE/CLEANLINESS: Cleanliness was spotless, both in the bathrooms and the rooms. POINTS TO IMPROVE: Since it is a hostel, it lacks a kitchen and basic amenities for backpackers, though the staff is very accommodating. The biggest issue is that the beds do not have curtains, which makes a big difference for privacy, especially in a mixed dorm. Also, my bed was making a lot of noise. Lastly, the bathrooms could really use at least a shelf; I had to put my soap on the floor while showering. DEPOSIT POLICY: I found the 500 Baht deposit or having to leave your passport until check-out strange; I'd never seen that in all the places I'd been, but I understand their point of view—where there's a rule, there's a story behind it. I would definitely come back!

If you are hesitant or in doubt about which place to choose, this is definitely the one! I have traveled to 39 countries, and this was hands down the best hostel in Thailand. I even walked here all the way from the MRT station with my luggage, and it was totally fine. I arrive early morning, and since the room was ready they check me in, wiht no extra charge! I love it so much. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is really soft and comfortable, plus it comes with its own light. Although the beds don't have curtains, you can pay extra to stay in another building where the rooms do have them including toilet inside room—honestly, this wasn't an issue for me at all, they have plenty of toilets and showers. The AC is cold, there's a fan, and there is no time restriction on the air conditioning, they as well provide free towel and lockers to keep your stuff safe, as well storage after checkout so you can wait your flight without your bags. The hostel's restaurant also serves really good dishes. I truly appreciate the staff, especially Regie—he was the nicest person in Bangkok. I have absolutely no complaints. I was traveling with large luggage and it was no problem since they carried it upstairs for me. I would come back every time! Service: 5

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the manager and receptionist made all the difference. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, even upgrading our stay without us asking, simply out of generosity. It wasn’t just service, it felt like they genuinely cared. In a new city, where things can often feel unfamiliar, they went out of their way to guide us, helping us plan our travel and making sure we never felt lost or uncomfortable. That sense of being looked after turned our trip into something truly special. More than anything, what stayed with us was the feeling of being at home, even while being miles away. Service: 5
