情報の誤りを報告する
The order invoice was for 3,041 baht and the website explained that delivery was free for orders over 3000 baht, but when the driver arrived, the charge was 3,384.11 baht.
They sent an email explaining that since it was a cash on delivery order, they had to pay the driver an additional 141 baht to bring the cash back to them. Even so, it should have been 3,182 baht.
When I complained about the over charge, this is the response they returned:
"Hello, there was extra charge due the actual weight of the meat. Since the order was not paid yet, we had to give the actual price and weight that was not fixed from the website. And I apologize about the delivery fee, I did not check that the purchase was over 3000baht."
In other words, "Oh! Sorry we screwed you, but you're SOL."
The steaks look nice, but they aren't very thick (maybe 2 cm), and striploins should be at least 4 cm thick.
Overall, a very poor experience.
I won't order from them again.
