I drove 30 minutes specifically to try their makchang soup, which was the main reason I came — but unfortunately, it never came. I ordered two dishes, and only one arrived. After waiting over 45 minutes and asking about the missing soup, I was told they had just started cooking it at that point when there were only two tables taken, the restaurant was not busy. They just simply forgot my order. Very disappointed, especially after making the effort to come all the way here. The cashier was kind enough to give me a complimentary drink and rice when I checked out, which I appreciated — but overall, the experience was frustrating and disorganized. Hope they improve their service.
