If you love nature and are looking for a peaceful place with a magical atmosphere to stay, this is the perfect spot for you. We arrived here during a motorcycle trip from Khao Sok to Phuket and decided to stay for two nights. The place feels like a hidden paradise, surrounded by lush greenery, with chickens roaming freely and a group of squirrels jumping between the trees. We got a room with a balcony overlooking a small stream. The room is cozy, the bed is comfortable, and the highlight is definitely the open-air shower. It’s completely open to the outside (with a roof, so you still have full privacy), and showering there feels like being truly immersed in nature. One night it rained, and the sound of the rain flowing down the walls made the experience even more magical. Breakfast included freshly made eggs to your liking, vegetables, fruits, bread, and yogurt. At the entrance of the property, there’s a small and charming café where you can sit, enjoy a coffee, and watch the squirrels play. A few notes: The shower door should always be kept closed to prevent insects and small animals from entering. That said, you may still encounter some of nature’s little residents like snails, geckos, and beetles. For us, it didn’t disturb the experience at all, we felt like we were simply sharing their space. One small downside, there was a group of ants on the sink in the bathroom, and even after the room was cleaned, it wasn’t fully taken care of. Great little secret spot in the jungle, nice clean rooms, and restaurant on site so you don’t have to leave. Lovely spot. I’d on a hill, and wet. So if you are older this might be a difficult stay. But for younger couple looking for adventure, this is your spot. Note to Staff: if you put a little (cap full) white vinegar in with the towels when washing, it will make them softer. WiFi is Okay, don’t expect much in the jungle, this is a time to disconnect from the city and listen to the natural sounds. Service: 5
