I’ve had Beard Papa’s many times, and it’s one of my favorite places. But I felt something was off about the staff today. At first, I thought I was the only one who felt like they barely paid attention to anything, didn’t even hear a single “thank you” to the customers before us. but after checking the reviews here, I realized that people have been saying the same thing. However, I hope the staff can be a little more attentive and welcoming, as this kind of attitude honestly makes me less likely to choose this place, even for a quick to-go order.
