このバーは、特にヘッドバーテンダーの接客対応において、深刻なホスピタリティの問題があります。 私は、特定のバーテンダーが作るカクテルを飲みたいと思い来店しました。しかし、通常あるべきゲストとスタッフの自然なやり取りを、ヘッドバーテンダーが何度も介入し、妨げる場面がありました。 滞在中、私がアメリカ出身であることに気づいた他のお客様（大阪に来たばかりの方々）から声をかけられ、会話をしました。これはバーという空間において、ごく普通で礼儀正しいゲスト同士の会話でした。 念のため明確にしておきますが、私は滞在中、無礼な態度、騒がしい行動、酩酊状態、不適切な言動などは一切ありませんでした。 それにもかかわらず、私が次のドリンクを注文している最中に、ヘッドバーテンダーが突然会話を遮り、途中で制止し、手で出口を指しながら退店するように指示しました。この対応は他のお客様の前で行われ、非常に不必要で、屈辱的なものでした。 その時点で、私は約6,000〜7,000円を支払っていました。このような対応は、「支払いが済んだらもう客ではない」と言われているように感じられ、非常に一方的で事務的でした。 ホスピタリティを重視するとされるバーとして、この対応は極めてプロフェッショナルさに欠けています。良いサービスとは、ドリンクを作る技術だけでなく、滞在中を通してゲストを尊重する姿勢にあります。礼儀正しく注文している最中の客を遮り、理由もなく退店を促す行為は、基本的な接客基準に反しています。 外国人のお客様、または接客やホスピタリティを理解している方は注意してください。日本には心からのサービスを提供する素晴らしいバーが数多くありますが、この店は残念ながらその一つではありません。 This bar has a serious issue with hospitality, specifically in how guests are handled by the head bartender. I visited because I came specifically to drink cocktails made by a particular bartender. Instead of allowing normal guest–staff interaction, the head bartender repeatedly inserted himself and prevented that interaction from happening. During my visit, other customers initiated conversation with me after realizing I was also from the United States and they were new to Osaka. This was normal, respectful conversation between guests in a bar setting. I want to be very clear: at no point was I being rude, disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate. While I was in the middle of ordering another drink, the head bartender abruptly interrupted me, cut me off mid-sentence, and told me to leave, gesturing toward the exit with his hand. This was done publicly, in front of other guests, making the situation unnecessary and embarrassing. By that point, I had spent approximately ¥6,000–¥7,000. Being dismissed in that manner felt purely transactional — as if once money was spent, the guest was no longer welcome. For a bar that claims to value hospitality, this behavior is deeply unprofessional. Hospitality is not only about making drinks; it is about how guests are treated throughout their visit. Interrupting a polite customer while they are ordering and motioning them toward the exit without cause goes against basic service standards. If you are a foreigner trying to have a good night, or someone who understands professional hospitality, be aware: this is not a guest-focused establishment. There are many bars in Japan that demonstrate genuine respect and service. This is not one of them. Ordered the bartender's choice and was blown away. Every detail from the aroma to the glassware showed real precision and pride. Bar Agréable is a quiet masterpiece of Japanese mixology. If you love whisky or elegant cocktails, this is a must. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000
