落ち着いた照明と圧巻のウイスキーラインナップに圧倒される隠れ家BAR。 希少なボトラーズやアイラ系も揃っており、ウイスキー好きにはたまらない空間です。 丁寧な接客で、初心者にも安心して相談できる雰囲気。 静かに一人で過ごす夜にも、じっくり向き合える一軒でした。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000

This place not what it seems. At first impression, I got a cold and uninviting, and kind of dive-y bar, but my friend and I decide to sit anyway and order a drink, no cover charge which is nice. I was in the mood for cocktails but they have no cocktail menu. So we decide to try some Japanese Whiskies. This is when the bar started to really shine, as they have single malts from over 23 different Japanese distilleries. If all you want is your Suntory Hibikis and Yamazakis, I would suggest looking elsewhere. If you want to try independent distilleries who can compete at the highest level, the likes of which you most likely never heard of but will absolutely blow you away, please indulge at Bar Entrust. The owner mentioned there are over 100 different independent distilleries in Japan. It's the freaking brave new world of whisky. The other staff are also highly knowledgeable and I imagine the owner is there most of the time. Super passionate about single malts and has an inventory of showstoppers. He recommended we try a 5 year old single barrel, cask strength single malt aged in re-charred puncheon by Kanosuke that just blew us away. Very complex for such a young whisky. I later looked online and this particular bottle was a limited 510 bottles in 2023 that goes for ~800USD at auction. One pour, which the bartender was very generous with, was 4000 yen. He pretty much gave both of us a full dram. We had others I can't remember but I would definitely go back for more, whenever I end up back in Ginza/Shimbashi. This place is a gem.
