As part of my exploration of Thailand, I stopped here for 24 hours on my way from Krabi to the remote north of Thailand, and I came to the right place. I was greeted by Tommy, a pure person who exudes energy and a good atmosphere throughout the entire complex. The hospitality and attitude towards the guests is exceptional, I arrived without expectations, not knowing what to expect, and I received a surprise. The food, the smoothie, everything was delicious at very affordable prices. The bungalow with the private shower is exceptional, a space of creativity, the corner outside is spacious and has everything you need. I will definitely visit here again. Please treat the dogs even if they are a little dirty, they are so good and I became very attached to them. Service: 5

This place has my heart. I had such a peaceful and tranquil 4 nights here with Tommy and Family. Looking back at my 5 months of travel through SE Asia, this spot is my favorite. Kindness: Both hosts got up with me at 4:00am to make sure I made it into my Grab with a banana and a full water. Also when I woke up when it was raining, they made sure to leave an umbrella on my tent. Plus many more things but those just stood out. Delicious food cooked fresh, Coffee and tea available, relaxing music, boat rides, ect. I received one of the best full body massages that I have ever experienced right by their little pond on a rainy Chumpon afternoon. The masseuse was so talented and it had a profound impact on me! The beaches nearby were incredible and I was the only one there. When I think back about how I miss Thailand, I think of this place! Service: 5

just a short distance from Chumphon and even closer to Sai Ri Beach … the Bar Horizon Hostel is a secluded gem with varying accommodations to suit various budgets. The pond and natural areas around the Bar Horizon provide a relaxing retreat from the bustle and noise of traffic & urban life…. as it is truly a rural property and of course, your host Tommy is there to ensure that your time at the Bar Horizon is truly magical & mystical
