I had a very disappointing experience and strongly felt racial discrimination during my visit. The bartenders were friendly and attentive to the Western customers sitting on both sides of us, casually engaging them in conversation. However, they didn’t say a single word to us. It may be because my friend and I were speaking Chinese. Still, I can’t help but question why the attitude would change so drastically based on a customer’s race or language. I ordered in Japanese the entire time, yet I later realized that I was served a completely different cocktail. At checkout, the POS terminal was abruptly placed in front of us without a word. When we left, the staff said goodbye to the Western customers, but not to us. The bar itself has a nice atmosphere, and I would have liked to return. However, this experience left a very negative impression, and I cannot say it was a pleasant visit. 非常に体験が悪く、人種差別を強く感じました。左右に座っている西洋のお客様には対応がよく、バーテンダーも彼らに声をかけていましたが、私達には声すらかけてくれませんでした。 友達と中国語を話していたことが原因かもしれません。お客様の人種や話す言語によってこんなにも態度を変えるのはどうなのでしょうか？ カクテルの注文等バーテンダーとの会話は私が始終日本語でしました。しかし全く違うドリンクが提供されていたことに後々気づきました。支払い時にはポイッとPOSレジを目の前に置かれました。退店時、他の西洋のお客様には見送りをしていましたが、私たちには声もかけてくれませんでした。お店自体の雰囲気はよく、また訪れたいと思いましたが、よい体験ではありませんでした。. Absolutely unreal experience. The bartender went way above and beyond—he let us bring in takeout and somehow turned the random condiments into a custom drink he’d never even made before. That level of creativity is insane. Dude spoke perfect English, super easy to vibe with, and made the whole night memorable. Hands down one of the best bar experiences I’ve had. If you’re anywhere near this spot, you HAVE to check it out. Bar Kaktel is located on the third floor. Take the elevator located street side to get to this location. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
