The drinks are delicious! Took a while to go through their whole menu as I always end up with my favourite drinks there to start: Peach Reverie, Taste of Home and Canton 75. The staff are friendly, helpful and explain the menu and drinks well! Have been back numerous times and will definitely keep coming back. Looking forward to chapter 3, their new menu! Price per person: HK$250–300

Been to Bar Mind several times and their drink list always gave me great surprises! They are very creative and adds new elements to their drinks, e.g. bringing in local ingredients like monk fruit, Chinese herb, sesame into their cocktails, and they tasted great! They also have special collaboration drink list which only lasted for a weekend and the photos attached is here one of the project they have worked with Sudio. Each drink matched with the colours of the earphones’ cases! I liked every single one of them because they were of different styles (sweet, savoury, creamy) and all tasted good! Price per person: HK$250–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bar Mind has been on my bar-hopping checklist for a while since the bar is run by a couple of award-winning bartenders. We went there on Wednesday night, so it wasn’t too packed and it’s comfortable. So sad that we didn’t have the chance to meet the founders that night; I would love to try their cocktails. Still, we met Quentin, who is the champion of World Class Hong Kong 2025. Overall, good vibes, great cocktails, tasty snacks, unique interior design. The bartenders are super friendly and passionate about cocktail crafting. Definitely going to re-visit and recommend others to come. Thank you so much to Ryan and Quentin for giving me and my friends such an amazing experience.
