Last time I was in Hong Kong, I met a bartender and I learned recently that he opened another bar nearby called Bar Oasis on Hollywood Road in Central. Today I was in the neighborhood, so I dropped by to support him. The bar has a chill dive bar vibe — open to the street, not a hidden speakeasy. They’ve got cocktails on tap and signature mixes too. Since it was hot, I went for something light and refreshing, which totally hit the spot. The open layout makes it perfect for hanging out with friends and having a good chat over drinks.
