Congratulations to Bar Pacific for officially being the worst bar I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Two of us arrived. They didn’t have 50% of the beer on the menus. Never mind, we settled on one that they probably had at the back of the fridge for a couple of years and a Margarita. They failed to tell us that they also did not have 50% of the ingredients to make one. After we chased them up on the drink, they told us they didn’t have lemons (that’s not an ingredient in a margarita). Okay, cool, could’ve let me know at any point of the previous 40 minutes I’ve been waiting for it. The bartender then left the store to source some lemons, and after another 20 minutes, produced a liquid that could possibly be used in warfare. I’m not even sure how you can take three basic ingredients and make it taste that vile, but I can honestly say that’s the first paid drink I’ve ever left full. Another plus is the smoke inside the venue. It’s so thick that even if you’re not a smoker, you may well leave with Stage II Emphysema. Never mind the signs plastered all over the bar, old mate pictured here can’t seem to read. He’s also one of the employees. At last it’s our time to leave and the menu prices are different to what’s listed on the bill. They’ve also charged us for the “complimentary” nuts we didn’t ask for. People tend to say that they wouldn’t bring their worst enemy to a place like this, but for that purpose I’d give it a 10/10. Thanks xox
