Hands down the best bún I’ve had in Singapore! Bar Pho absolutely nails this classic Vietnamese dish — the noodles are perfectly springy, the fresh herbs are generous and vibrant, and the meats in the mixed bowl bun were packed with flavour. I was blown away by the balance of textures and flavours — crisp vegetables, tender meat, crunchy peanuts, and that addictive nước chấm sauce that ties it all together. The portion was hearty without being heavy, and every bite felt refreshing and satisfying. It’s the kind of dish you crave again the moment you finish. On top of that, the space is stylish and relaxed. Friendly staff, quick service, and authentic Vietnamese vibes.
