Trusted the bartender's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. Super crisp, bone-dry, and refreshing with citrus, green apple, and a hint of fresh-baked bread. Clean finish, great balance, and easy to keep sipping. The bar had a quiet, cozy atmosphere that made the whole experience even better.
