I dropped by Barcook Japan Bakery and tried the Tuna Truffle and Earl Grey Apple – both were excellent! The tuna truffle had a rich, savoury filling with just the right hint of truffle aroma, while the bread itself was soft and fluffy. The earl grey apple was unique and refreshing, with a lovely balance of tea fragrance and natural sweetness from the apple. The bakes felt fresh, thoughtfully made, and not overly sweet. Definitely a spot worth revisiting to try more flavors! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
