I had a great time at Bar Ratsubo, the drinks, atmosphere, and service were all amazing. I came here with my girlfriend, and was very impressed with with the whisky selection. Yagihashi-San was also incredibly kind, and hospitable, sharing some snacks with us, and giving us recommendations on drinks, and where to go in the city for different activities. Overall great vibes and conversation, and I can't wait to come back next time I'm in Japan! Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
