The food is delicious here, especially the roasted lamb leg (which needs to be pre-ordered), lamb skewers, and lamb dumplings. The big pan chicken is large serving but is quite expensive. If you are sensitive to MSG, you should probably not dine here. After consuming the appetizer of the shredded potatoes, I started to feel a slight headache coming on. I know this is an MSG related headaches, based on past experiences. Within 15 minutes of finishing the meal, my headache worsened and I felt very thirsty, despite drinking copious cups of tea throughout dinner. This just might be the last time I come to Bayi.
