Rolling Coffee Brewery (R.C.B) is a tiny little place on the 2/F of the Fullview Shopping Centre along Siu Sai Wan Road in Chai Wan. They have a small interior with space for 3-4 people while offering a selection of coffees, non-coffee drinks and dishes they can prepare in the small kitchen space. Opening hours are 11am to 9pm daily. I passed by recently and was served a nicely prepared mocha. It was a good drink for a slightly chilly day. Barista was friendly, service quick and prices reasonable. On the whole, not a particularly easy place to find but RCB isn't far from the Leaping Dragon Walk trailhead making it potentially worth a stop for those starting/ending the trail who might be interested in a coffee shop nearby.
