Indian Nan is made by sticking the flour inside a Tandoor (earthen oven), and is crisp & soft at the same time. How do you call it Nan, if it is a white flat cold partially cooked piece of flour (and certainly not in a tandoori oven)? How can one say it is authentic Indian food, when the most basic item has nothing to do with India? If in doubt, Google what a Nan looks like, or better still, try one in other Indian restaurants in Pai, and then try the Nan at Bebe spice to know the difference. Chicken Madras - again, needs to be prepared with a beaten and mixed paste that includes chilli, ginger garlic paste, onions, curry leaves, cumin, and other ingredients. What came was nowhere close to the original Chicken Madras. In short, do an overhaul of the menu to make it "authentic".
