From the reviews, the delivery is prompt and good. I guess I would be the first to complain about the delivery. The delivery slot is from 9am to 1pm on Saturday. At about 12:50nn, I WhatsApp to confirm if the delivery would be made. I received a reply that my order would be delivered today. No timing was given. At 2:15pm, I have not received my order. I WhatsApp again to get a timing or reschedule delivery day as I have leave to go to my mom's place at 3-4pm to do chores and get her dinner. Apparently, their delivery service is outsourced. What a mess that delivery company is doing to tarnish the Mr Bean brand. It IS difficult to get good help these days. Lol. I never receive my order. And left for my mom's at 4:30pm. I was terribly late. Honestly, I would not be ordering from beanmyday again. Thank goodness I did not order during their black Friday promo, before this fiasco. Love their products, especially their tempeh but dread having another delivery mess up. Good bye.

Great company and love the products. The delivery service is exceptional. Fast and friendly to my doorstep. I ordered the soy and blueberry granola, which I used as fuel for my Ultra Marathons. This has been my go to food source because it is soft, easy to chew and swallow, sweet, yummy and nutritionous. It provides me with the energy and nutrition I need for my long runs. I ordered during promotion, so got it for $2.00 per bar, normally price $2.70. Great deal. Love the products and service. This will be my frequent go to shop now. Thank you

First time trying out Online Mr Bean as I saw the sale going on and using the first timer member $5 points. The delivery is on time and all the products were very nicely packaged and sealed. At first, they missed out the vouchers in the delivery. I was able to contact Mr Bean promptly via Whatsapp and they immediately replied and resend the item to my door next day (expected it via mail or my message being ignored). Very impressed by Mr Bean's service! Highly support!
