I was unfortunately a bit underwhelmed with my visit. The ice cream didn’t taste creamy, the coffee was alright but the steamed milk tasted like it might have been sour, and the upstairs level was closed, despite a single friend/colleague of the store working on a laptop for the while floor. The only remaining seat downstairs that was appropriate for a laptop and chair was right next to the speaker ‍ I left before finishing my coffee. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿1–200

Any item/s not up to standard or off. You can ask for a change without any charge. The upstairs level was closed due to low traffic and there will not be enough staff for service and cleaning duties. It will be used by staffs and partners for discussions. Customers are welcome to take selfie on the 2nd floor but drinks and food will be served and eaten at 1st floor. Thank you for the review to improve the services by staffs and improve the quality of the environment.

Beanila Cafe is such a hidden gem! The vibe is super relaxed, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The soy bean products is all homemade and their soybean treat is a must. I love the variety of options on the menu, whether you're in the mood for something light or a more hearty brunch. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which adds to the whole experience.
