Thank you for coming to Bear's Cafe last night. sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. I think to be fair, we should tell the whole story though… When our staff member realised that she had served you the wrong order it was returned to the kitchen, and the correct order was remade, at no point did anyone touch your food. To apologise for the wait, our manager even gave you a full refund, and still served you the food free of charge. At the end of dinner you then flipped all of the wine glasses on the table, with red wine still in them, splashing red wine on one of our other customer's who we then had to apologise to for your irate behaviour. After your leaving the cafe, several of the other customers seated around you actually apologised to our staff for your rude behaviour, noting that we should not have to put up with people like you. Sadly, we do not have the luxury of choosing our customers, but in your case, we will be very happy not to have you back again.
