Had a wonderful Father’s Day celebration and family lunch at Beauty In The Pot, Centrepoint, yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the private room experience. A special shout-out to Chun Fai, Wan Ting, and Manager Ivy for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and excellent customer service. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and ensured that everything was well taken care of throughout our meal. I love that each diner gets their own individual hot pot, allowing everyone to choose their preferred soup base and enjoy their meal at their own pace. The self-service condiment station offers a great variety of sauces, condiments, and fresh fruits, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The ingredients were fresh, beautifully presented, and served promptly. From the meats to the vegetables and other hot pot selections, everything was of good quality and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience with great food and outstanding service. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend Beauty In The Pot at Centrepoint to anyone looking for a quality hot pot experience.
