At the beginning of our evening, we asked whether card facilities were available (knowing 3-5% is common). At the end, they wanted to charge 14%. Once questioned, staff and owner got extremely aggressive. Stay clear of this place. Не ходите сюда. Они нечестные и грубые. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I told you before you pay. if you're not okay. you can go ATM take money cash come to pay your bill. why you have question that. 1. Anyone with common sense would understand why there's a 10% surcharge, since the card reader isn't ours. 2. It's not 14% as you claimed; that's an exaggeration. 3. We informed you before swiping the card. If you weren't okay with it, you could have just paid in cash, instead of cursing and berating us. 4. It's my fault for not informing you of the 10% surcharge beforehand (but I did inform you during the payment process). Everyone who has paid before hasn't had a problem with me mentioning it at the checkout. Why did we act aggressively? Because you generalized and said that all Thais are bad. Do I need to repeat what you said?
