This is easily one of the best beef noodle restaurants I have visited. While it is undeniably on the expensive side, every bite makes it clear why people are willing to pay a premium. The quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation, and the overall dining experience more than justify the price. The star of the meal is, of course, the beef noodle soup. The broth is rich, deeply flavorful, and beautifully balanced, with layers of complexity that suggest hours of careful simmering. The beef is exceptionally tender, generously portioned, and melts in your mouth with every bite. The noodles have the perfect texture—springy, fresh, and able to absorb the delicious broth without becoming soggy. What sets this place apart is its commitment to quality. Nothing feels rushed or ordinary. From the ingredients to the presentation, every detail reflects a high standard that is increasingly rare to find. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with attentive service that enhances the overall experience. It feels like a place that takes pride in what it serves. Expensive? Absolutely. Tasty? Without a doubt. The tomato beef noodle soup was simply delicious. The best I’ve ever had and will probably have. The broth was so tasty and the beef super tender. From the first sip/ bite you can tell it’s excellent quality. I will come back to try the other ones. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NT$1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
