I had dinner here during HK Restaurant Week. I had the tasting menu ($1,280+10%). Breads were fresh and olive oil was provided for dipping. Tuna Crunchy Tacos were great. Traditional Beef Tartare was good but nothing memorable. Spanish Red Prawn Tagliolini was quite good and I really liked the sauce they used. The Bavette and Ribeye Cap were very delicious, tender and juicy. The dessert was supposed to be Mango Cheesecake but that ran out of stock. The one I had was ok and nothing special. The petit fours were better than the dessert. The wine list was the absolute highlight of this restaurant. You could find a lot of rare bottles here. The biggest highlight of this meal was Chateau d'Yquem 1995 and you could order it by the glass. I also had a glass of CdP which was a perfect match with the steak I had. Prices of wine were very fair considering this was a Michelin 1-star restaurant. Service was definitely great in this restaurant. The waitress and sommelier who served us were very attentive and professional. ------------------------------------------ 因為見到香港餐廳週既優惠幾抵，所以黎咗呢間米芝蓮一星既摩納哥扒房食佢地既 tasting menu。餐包非常新鮮，配搭橄欖油黎食非常美味。吞拿魚他他 tacos 好好食，牛他他就正正常常無咩亮點。西班牙紅蝦意粉好香好好食。主菜兩塊牛扒非常嫩滑，美味多汁。原本 tasting menu 既芝士蛋糕無哂，所以幫我地轉咗另一款甜品，我覺得就無咩特別，反而 petit fours 仲更加好食。呢間扒房既 wine list 有好多紅白酒選擇，當晚飲既 CdP 同滴金價錢合理，仲可以逐杯嗌。甜品酒滴金係今餐飯既最大亮點，亦都為呢餐晚餐畫上咗完美句號。服務方面都係無得彈，侍應同侍酒師都非常專業，亦都非常細心留意每位客人，亦都有講解每道菜。. I had an incredible dining experience at the one Michelin Star Beefbar Hong Kong. From the moment I arrived, the service was top notch, attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. A highlight of the evening was connecting with Sommelier Raymond Y, who’s originally from the U.S. We hit it off right away, and his passion for wine, along with the stories he shared, made the experience all the more memorable. I ordered the Hanwoo striploin, which was beautifully marbled, tender, and full of flavor. The Parmesan truffle fries were absolutely addictive, crispy, aromatic, and indulgent. They paired perfectly with the richness of the beef. I highly recommend Beefbar to anyone visiting Hong Kong who appreciates exceptional meats, refined flavors, and world class hospitality.
