I've visited this place probably 8 times, decent decor, comfortable seats and good food BUT never once have I received decent service, every time I go have to get the service team's attention while they sit at the bar and play on their phones. Worst thing is they add a mandatory 10% service charge to the bill. My advice to the owner, take that off and make them earn their tips. Edit: just been in again and yet AGAIN I had to literally shout to get their attention despite me being the only person in the bar, this is my last visit as the staff are useless. If you're looking for a restaurant with delicious food, reasonable price, high-quality ingredients, great service, live music, and a wide selection of beers from around the world, I recommend Beer Collection Hua Hin. Spicy Signature Seaweed Salad and Calm and Thai Basil Sauce Linguine with a Thai twist have completely won me over.
