Facing the airy expanse of Chiancheng Park, this hipster-chic, cafe-style bar completely ditches the noisy, dark energy of standard pubs in favor of a bright, welcoming, wood-accented space—and the star attractions are the incredibly friendly resident shop cats who occasionally lounge straight on the bar counter.
