台北到着後の軽く一杯を飲みに。 到着が真夜中であったが、26時までやってるようで問題なく訪問できて助かった。 地元台湾のブルワリーを中心に、アメリカや日本のブルワリーも繋がった、計10タップほど。冷蔵庫に缶もあって、バテレやらティーンエイジなどまで取り揃えられていて驚いた。フードも気軽な一品中心に、たこ焼きや麺なども。店内には日本のバンドのライブタオルやポスターが貼られていて、日本好きな店主なことがうかがえる。 バーカウンターには、様々な国の新興クラフトビールから伝統的なビールまで、多様な空き缶や空きボトルが並んでいるが、最も目を引くのは、店名にも冠されている通り、看板ネコちゃんがいること！ 我々が訪れたのは深夜だったこともあり、すっかりお眠りになっていたが、途中何度かモゾモゾとポジションを入れ替えるために起きていて大変可愛かった。そっと撫でても全く動じないので人慣れしているのだろう。. For an effortlessly laid-back evening in Taipei's trendy Chifeng Street creative district near Zhongshan Station, **BeerCat (碧耳貓)** is an absolute sanctuary for both craft beer geeks and animal lovers. Facing the airy expanse of Chiancheng Park, this hipster-chic, cafe-style bar completely ditches the noisy, dark energy of standard pubs in favor of a bright, welcoming, wood-accented space—and the star attractions are the incredibly friendly resident shop cats who occasionally lounge straight on the bar counter. Boasting an impressive, ever-rotating tap list of local and international craft beers (from crisp Japanese pale ales to complex, heavy-hitting stouts), alongside a massive fridge packed with beautiful canned brews, it is the kind of unpretentious, comfortable spot where you can plug in your phone, chat up the famously friendly owners, and lose track of time with a perfectly poured pint.
