Dear Value Customer,First of all, we would like to thanks for your kind choosing our restaurant. We do apologize for your uncomfortable visit. We would appreciate if you can give us for a chance to explain & improve our service.We would kindly explain your questions as the following:1. Customer can also use Airport rail link (Baan Tub Chang Station), then walk into Soi Krungthep Kreetha 32 about 600 meters.2. Due to the limitation of area, we cannot plant in the parking lots in front of the restaurant. However, you can park beside the restaurant for shading. 3. Thank you very much. We will change our theme again in next occasion. Please follow our Facebook page. 4. In the receipt, you ordered Iced Expresso, not iced latte. However, if it is our staff fault, we would like to invite you again. We will take care for your iced latte. We do believe that you will get a good experience from our coffee test.5. We don’t have Caesar Salad in our menu, yet. We only provide for a green salad on the menu. However, we have a plan for adding Caesar Salad on our menu soon. Regarding to Grilled beef with Jaew sauce, we marinaded beef with our own recipe sauce before grilling.We do apologize once again. Please do not hesitate to ask our staff change to new one if you don’t like it. Your suggestions are always our good improving. Wish you will re-visit our restaurant again.
