水晶餃一盒5粒$100 味も食感も特に美味しいと思えなくて… 皮は多分さつまいも？のでんぷんで作ったものでもちもちだけど、喉にくっつく感覚 中の餡はとろみのある甘口、甘い！ 筍、椎茸、豚肉、干し海老(五粒の中、干しエビ1個見つけたから多分ある) 12時から?〜14時半まで昼休みがある 凄い並んでる 大体1時間は並ぶかな！ テイクアウトのみ. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–200

第一次來到嘉義市水晶餃的名店-北回水晶餃，真的是名不虛傳；看到大家真的是20粒30粒這樣子在買，真的是嚇死人了。 當我來點的時候，老闆說我還要再等20分鐘，看到如此大家瘋狂購買的情境，我願意再等20分鐘。 剛買到的時候忍不住馬上打開來吃，真的是皮Q軟肉餡實在鹹淡適中，連吃3顆，真是足；不愧是傳說中的水晶餃子王，值得推薦大家來嘉義市的時候要來到這一家北回水晶餃 It was my first time visiting the famous Beihui Crystal Dumplings in Chiayi City, and it truly lived up to the hype. It was mind-blowing to see people buying them by the dozens—some even grabbing 20 or 30 at a time! When I placed my order, the owner told me there would be a 20-minute wait. Seeing the feeding frenzy around me, I decided it was definitely worth the wait. The moment I got my hands on them, I couldn't resist taking a bite. The skin was incredibly chewy and soft, while the meat filling was generous and perfectly seasoned. I polished off three in a row—so satisfying! It truly earns its reputation as the "King of Crystal Dumplings." I highly recommend stopping by Beihui whenever you're in Chiayi! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
